Two-Cheese Seafood Linguini
Two-Cheese Seafood Linguini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 oz. linguini or any other favorite pasta, 2 large garlic cloves, minced, 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 fresh medium tomato, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
While pasta is cooking, cook garlic and oregano in butter in a saucepan, stirring frequently, for about 1 minute.
Add chopped tomato and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until tomato is cooked through.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until Blue cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
Place hot-cooked pasta on a serving dish and top with sauce.
Yields 3 to 4 servings.
