Twice Baked Potatoes

Place scooped out potato meat in medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, pepper taste, milk, margarine and chives. Mash with a potato masher.
You may add more milk if necessary to make this mixture the consistency of thick cake batter.
Make sure ingredients well mixed.
