Twice Baked Potatoes
Twice Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium baking potatoes, 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1/4 c. (about) milk and 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Scrub potatoes well; prick with fork. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until cooked through.
Split potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out pulp; reserve shells. Mash potato pulp in bowl.
Add butter, sour cream and enough milk to make of desired consistency.
Mixture should be medium stiff. Add cheese, chives, salt and pepper.
Spoon into potato shells. Arrange potatoes in shallow pan.
Top with crumbled bacon; sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
