Turkey with Mushrooms
Turkey With Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. sliced, cooked turkey (without skin), 1/4 c. marsala wine (alcohol will cook out) and 1/4 c. turkey broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute the mushrooms in the butter.
When brown, add the turkey.
Saute only until hot.
Add the remaining ingredients; stir for about a minute and remove the turkey and mushrooms to a heated platter.
Reduce the sauce and pour over the turkey.
Serve with rice or noodles.
