Turkey Soup Continental
Turkey Soup Continental is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1 c. chopped turkey, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 c. diced raw potatoes and 1 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

On top of stove, melt butter over low heat.
Add turkey and onion, cook until onion is well blended and slightly thick.
Add the potatoes, celery and broth.
Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add corn, milk and seasonings.
Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Season to taste with additional salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers, hard rolls, or toast.
Serves 8.
