Turkey Roulades
Turkey Roulades is an moderately easy dinner. Lay cutlets flat with narrow end towards you.
Spread cheese on each within 1/4-inch of edges.
Fold up long sides, about 1/4-inch.
Press into cheese.
Roll up from narrow end.
Coat each with flour; dip in egg, then roll in bread crumbs.
Arrange seam side down in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Chill 30 minutes. Heat oven to 425Β°.
Drizzle melted butter over cutlets.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until juices run clear when meat is pierced.
