Turkey Roll-Ups
Turkey Roll-Ups is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. sliced celery, 1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted, 3 c. soft bread cubes and 1/4 c. chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute onion and celery in 1/3 cup butter until tender; add bread cubes, bouillon, parsley and seasonings; stirring well. Spoon about 1/3 cup stuffing in center of each piece of turkey; roll up lengthwise, tucking edges inside.
Secure each roll with a wooden pick.
Dredge turkey in flour; dip in 1/4 cup butter.
Place in a lightly greased 9-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until done.
Garnish with lemon and lime slices.
