Turkey Rice Casserole
Turkey Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cubed, roasted turkey, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 3 tbsp. margarine and 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion and green pepper in margarine for 3 minutes.
Stir in flour.
Add chicken broth gradually.
Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Add pimentos, almonds, pepper, turkey and rice.
Stir to combine.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole and sprinkle cheese and paprika over top.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
