Turkey Meatballs
Turkey Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1 small onion, chopped fine, 1/4 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cooking oil. Mix thoroughly.
Shape mixture into 1 to 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Brown meatballs in 2 tablespoons cooking oil, heated on medium. Once browned, add jar of gravy and simmer on low for 1 hour, covered, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
