Turkey Meat Balls
Turkey Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. milk, 4 slices bread, 1 lb. ground turkey and 3 c. medium white sauce (see note), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine eggs and milk.
Soak bread for 10 minutes in egg-milk mixture.
Add turkey, seasonings and baking powder; mix well as mixture will be soft.
Drop spoonfuls into a small amount of heated cooking oil; brown and drain.
Place meatballs in casserole dish and add white sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 325Β° for one hour.
