Turkey Mandarin Salad
Turkey Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cubed, cooked turkey, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. seedless red grape halves and 1 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, chopped onion and 2 teaspoons of salt.
Mix well.
Add grape halves, celery, mandarin oranges and cooked macaroni.
Cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, combine mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Fold into salad along with 1/3 cup of slivered almonds.
Serves 6 to 8.
