Tuna Vegetable Salad
Tuna Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas, 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bring water, peas, carrot, onion, salt and pepper to a full boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
Cover and chill.
Gently stir in tuna, pickle, mayonnaise and milk just before serving.
Serve on crisp salad greens.
