Tuna Tetrazzini
Tuna Tetrazzini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. spaghetti, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid), 1 medium onion and 1 can diced pimento, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Break spaghetti into pieces and cook following package directions.
Drain; mix soup, 1/4 of liquid from mushrooms, drained mushrooms, chopped onion, pimento, green pepper and 1 1/4 cups of the cheese.
Add spaghetti, tuna (broken into chunks) and sherry; toss lightly until mixed.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Put into casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in moderate oven, 350Β°, about 45 minutes.
