Tuna Cutlets
Tuna Cutlets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tuna, 2 tbsp. crisco, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. milk and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley or pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt Crisco.
Add flour and milk; cook until thick.
Put tuna in bowl and add rest of ingredients.
Mix well; form into cutlets. Dip into 1 slightly beaten egg and cracker crumbs.
Refrigerate about 2 hours.
Fry in hot fat.
