Tuna Casserole
Tuna Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In large skillet, saute celery and onion in butter.
Stir in tuna, soup, mayonnaise and milk, mushrooms and pimento. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to directions on bag.
Drain in colander.
In a 2-quart greased casserole, combine noodles and tuna mixture.
Top with bread crumbs, tossed with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
