👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix 1 slightly beaten egg with dry cake mix and butter to moisten dough.

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Press mixture evenly in pan.

Beat the cream cheese with 3 eggs and vanilla until creamy.

Beat in most of the powdered sugar gradually, until smooth.

Pour over crust.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 325° if glass pan, and at 350° if metal.

(It may take longer, 45 to 50 minutes.)

Sprinkle remaining powdered sugar and/or pecans over top.

(It is also good if you sprinkle pecans over crust before pouring liquid mixture over crust.)
