Tostada Grande
Tostada Grande is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 tbsp. (1/2 pkg.) taco or chili seasoning mix, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained and 3 to 4 drops tabasco sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain well.
Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce, chilies and Tabasco sauce; heat until hot and bubbly.
Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Lightly grease a 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Separate rolls or biscuits; arrange in pan.
Press over bottom and up sides to form crust.
Spread beans over dough.
Top with meat mixture. Bake at 375Β° for 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle immediately with cheese.
Garnish with lettuce, tomato and onion.
