Tomato Soup
Tomato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 peck tomatoes (8 qt.), 3 medium onions, chopped, 1 to 2 hot peppers, 3 green peppers, chopped and garlic powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook tomatoes, onions, peppers and garlic powder together until done (about 2 hours).
Run through sieve and then add sugar, salt, celery seed, margarine and flour.
Cook until thick.
Seal in clean hot jars.
Makes 9 to 12 pints.
