Tomato Soup
Tomato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp. margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown onion in margarine.
Stir in flour, salt, sugar and pepper.
Cook until smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Gradually stir in 2 cups tomato juice or canned tomatoes.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and boil for 1 minute.
Add 2 cups cold whole milk, all at once. Heat rapidly serving temperature, stirring constantly. Serve at once.
