Tomato Pie
Tomato Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 baked pie crusts, tomato wedges (unpeeled), 2 c. mayonnaise, 2 c. grated cheddar cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Arrange tomato wedges in pie crusts so crusts are covered. Mix mayonnaise and Cheddar together.
Spread over wedges.
Salt and pepper, if desired.
