Tomato Marmalade
Tomato Marmalade is an easy dinner. Made with 2 doz. large tomatoes, vinegar (white), sugar, 1 lemon and 1 sliced seedless orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pour boiling water on tomatoes.
To remove skins, cut up and cover with vinegar.
Let stand overnight, then pour off vinegar. Rinse 2 or 3 times.
Add to pulp an equal amount of sugar.
Add thinly sliced lemon, rind included.
Add 1 sliced orange.
Boil until thick like marmalade, 220Β° on thermometer at least 1 hour. Use spoon sheeting test.
Pour in hot jars and seal with wax.
