Tomato Cake
Tomato Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. melted butter, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 5 eggs and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix butter and sugar until creamy, add vanilla.
Add one egg at a time.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in tomato juice.
Add flour to raisins so they won't stick to the cake.
Mix in circular movement.
Pour mixture in 9 x 4-inch pan in 350Β° oven.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before taking it out and serving.
