Toll House Cookies
Toll House Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. unsifted plain flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. butter or crisco and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour, soda and salt together.
In large bowl combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy.
Add vanilla.
Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture.
Mix well.
Add chocolate morsels and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes 100 (2-inch) cookies.
