Tofu Italian Meatballs

Made with 10 to 12 oz. tofu, well pressed and drained, 1/4 c. chopped walnuts, 1/2 onion, minced, 1/4 to 1/3 c. bread crumbs and 1 egg, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Using hands, squash mixture to blend thoroughly and shape into 1-inch balls.
Set aside on plate.
Fry balls in oil, turning until browned on all sides.
