Three Cheese Macaroni
Three Cheese Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni, 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook macaroni to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in milk.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Add Cheddar and Swiss cheeses; stir until melted.
Stir in grated cheese.
Mix macaroni with cheese sauce.
Pour into lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with additional grated cheese, if desired.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top browns.
