Three-Cheese Enchiladas

(6 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 3 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 c. pace picante sauce (hot, medium or mild) and 1 medium bell pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine 1 cup of Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup of Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and 1/4 cup of picante sauce.
Saute bell pepper and green onions.
Drain off butter and add to cheese mixture.
Add cumin and mix well.
