Tex-Mex Meat Loaf
Tex-Mex Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. salsa, 3 to 4 c. nacho cheese doritos, crumbled and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed ground beef, salsa, eggs, chips, salt and cheese.
Grease two loaf pans and divide mixture evenly in the two pans.
Pat firmly into shape.
Bake for 1 hour.
Remove and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut into slices.
Serve with extra salsa, if desired.
Makes 10 servings.
