Teriyaki Tofu Hamburger
Teriyaki Tofu Hamburger is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) container firm tofu, 1 1/2 lb. hamburger or can substitute 3/4 lb. ground turkey and 3/4 lb. hamburger, 1 small onion, diced, 1 c. yoshida's teriyaki sauce and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain tofu for 15 minutes in colander.
Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce (reserve 1/2 cup for later). Form into approximately 16 to 18 patties.
Brown in skillet sprayed with Pam.
Add remaining 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and continue cooking for few minutes until sauce is thickened and forms glaze.
