Teriyaki Cornish Hens
Teriyaki Cornish Hens is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 cornish hens, 1/2 c. melted butter, 4 c. seasoned croutons, 1/2 c. diced mandarin orange sections and 1/2 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine melted butter and seasoned bread crumbs.
Mix well. Place hens, breast side up, in a shallow roasting pan.
