Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. soy sauce, 3 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tbsp. cooking sherry (optional) and 12 chicken drumsticks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a large glass dish, combine the soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, cooking sherry, ginger and garlic powder; mix well.
Add drumsticks; turn to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally.
Drain and discard marinade. Place chicken in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Yields 6 servings.
