Teriyaki Chicken
Teriyaki Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. soy sauce, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. sherry, 1 tbsp. sesame oil and 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix all ingredients except chicken.
Soak chicken 4 hours overnight in sauce.
Drain chicken (but save the sauce).
Bake in a shallow pan for 1 hour at 325Β°.
Turn pieces over and baste with sauce often.
Ten minutes before turning off the heat, pour the rest of the soy sauce mixture on top.
Serve with chopped green onions and Chinese parsley.
Serves 10-12.
