Tarragon Wine Mustard
Tarragon Wine Mustard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. dry mustard, 1/2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. dry white wine, 1/2 c. red wine vinegar and 5 tsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Blend dry mustard and water in a small bowl.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Combine wine, vinegar, flour, tarragon, salt and allspice in saucepan. Stir in mustard mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Pour into bowl.
Chill, covered, overnight. Beat with wire whisk until smooth. Spoon into 8 ounce jars.
Store in refrigerator.
Yields 2 (8 ounce) jars.
