Tangy Meatballs
Tangy Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1 medium garlic clove, crushed, 1 tsp. salt and 1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and salt and form into 1-inch balls; brown (either in broiler or on top of stove).
On top of stove, add cranberry sauce and cook until the sauce melts.
Stir in tomato sauce.
Cook and simmer 20 minutes or until meatballs are done.
Makes 4 servings.
Serve with noodles (I have used as toothpick finger food).
