Tangy Cucumber Salad
Tangy Cucumber Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced, 1 tsp. salt, divided, 2 med. tomatoes, cut in large pieces, 1 med onion, chopped and 1/4 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place cucumbers in a strainer; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. of salt and toss.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Rinse and drain well.
Place in a large bowl; add tomatoes and onion.
In small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
