Heat pan; add oil and pork.

Fry until done.

Add onions. Saute; add cabbage and toss.

Add sugar, ginger and peppers. Add salt if necessary.

Heat thoroughly and serve at once with rice, boiled noodles or crisp noodles.

Vegetables should be crunchy; do not overcook.

If liquid forms, thicken it with 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water.
