Tabbuli Salad
Tabbuli Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. bulgur wheat, 2 c. cold water, 1 c. chopped parsley, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1 c. minced green onions (including tops), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine bulgur wheat with cold water and allow to stand for at least an hour to absorb moisture.
Then combine bulgur wheat with parsley, chopped green pepper, minced onions, mint and tomatoes. Stir together oil and lemon juice; pour over wheat and mix well. Add salt, if desired (1 teaspoon).
Chill if made ahead.
