Tabboulen Salad
Tabboulen Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bulgar wheat, 2 c. water, 3 medium tomatoes, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped parsley and 1/2 c. minced scallion, chive or onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place bulgar and water in large bowl and let soak at least 1 hour; drain.
Add remaining ingredients except oil; toss.
Just before serving, stir in oil.
Serve on Romaine lettuce.
Tastes better the second day.
