Sylvia's Eclair Cake
Sylvia'S Eclair Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. margarine and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat water and margarine to a boil.
Turn heat down.
Stir in flour while it is still boiling.
Stir until mixed.
Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time.
Beat until smooth, will be sticky.
Using a knife evenly spread mixture into a 10 x 15-inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Let cool.
Press down air bubbles in center, leaving "crust" around edge.
