Swordfish Steaks
Swordfish Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. swordfish steaks, 1/4 c. soy sauce (low salt), 1/4 c. orange juice, 2 tbsp. ketchup and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Clean steaks and place in shallow pan.
Mix all other ingredients.
Pour over steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Place steaks on greased (Pam) broiler pan.
Cook 4 to 5 inches from heat for 8 minutes.
Turn, baste and cook 5 minutes longer.
Top with slivered almonds and thin lemon slices.
Serves 4.
