Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with round steak, 2 c. smooshed canned tomatoes, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 c. chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut, flour and pound round steak.
Then brown each piece of meat in a little oil.
When well browned, cover with a mixture of canned tomatoes, celery, onion, carrots, bay leaf, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover pan and cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
