Swiss Onion Bake
Swiss Onion Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 6 onions or enough to make 4 to 6 c. sliced onions, 1 c. milk, 3/4 lb. sliced swiss cheese and 1 small loaf french bread, sliced in 1/2-inch slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook onions in 1 stick butter until limp and transparent.
Add soup and milk until well blended.
Pour into a 2-quart greased casserole dish.
Place Swiss cheese on top of onion mixture.
Melt remaining 1 stick butter and dip the French bread slices in it. Place on top of cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
