Swiss Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef or meat loaf mix (veal, pork and beef), 1 1/2 c. diced (not too small) swiss cheese, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix meat and cheese; add eggs.
Combine rest of ingredients, except milk; mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Form into a greased loaf pan or baking dish.
