Swiss Corn Bake
Swiss Corn Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. fresh cut corn (from 6 ears) or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, 2 beaten eggs, 2 (5 oz.) cans (1 1/3 c.) evaporated milk, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt and celery leaves (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook corn.
In medium mixing bowl combine eggs, 1 cup of cheese, evaporated milk, onion, salt and pepper.
Stir in cooked and drained corn.
Transfer mixture to a 9-inch quiche dish or 8-inch round baking dish.
Place dish on baking sheet.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
