Sweet-Sour Spareribs
Sweet-Sour Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. spareribs, 1 tbsp. hawaiian salt, 1 tbsp. white wine, ginger, sliced and mashed and 1 clove garlic, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Parboil ribs for 15 minutes in just enough water to cover ribs. Drain and cool.
Rub ribs with Hawaiian salt.
Marinate 1/2 hour in white wine, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
Saute ribs in oil until golden brown.
Remove to platter.
Cook the 1/2 cup water, pineapple juice, brown sugar, white sugar and cornstarch until slightly thick.
Add ribs and simmer 30 minutes.
Serve.
