Sweet-Sour Chicken
Sweet-Sour Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, skinned, 1/2 c. margarine, melted and divided, flour to coat, 1/2 c. honey and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brush chicken with part of melted margarine.
Place flour and chicken in bag.
Shake to coat.
Arrange chicken in baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining margarine, honey, lemon juice and soy sauce in saucepan.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Pour over chicken and bake an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
