Sweet-Potato Puff
Sweet-Potato Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 sweet potatoes, 1 egg, beaten, 3 tbsp. cream, 1/8 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Cover with water.
Bring to a boil and boil 20 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and mash. Beat egg, cream, salt, sugar and spices together, then beat into mashed potatoes. Whip until fluffy.
Heat oven to 350Β°. Butter a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Pile whipped potatoes in baking dish.
Press marshmallows lightly into potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until marshmallows are melted and browned.
Makes 6 servings.
