Sweet-n-Sour Pork
Sweet-N-Sour Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, 2 tbsp. corn oil, 1 green pepper, 1 onion and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In large skillet, heat corn oil over medium heat.
Add green pepper (cut into 1-inch squares), onion (cut in thin wedges) and garlic.
Stir-fry 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Remove from skillet.
Stir-fry pork, half at a time, for 3 minutes. Return all pork to skillet.
