Sweet and Sour Pork
Sweet And Sour Pork is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/2 c. can syrup and 1/4 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oil over medium heat.
Stir-fry pork for one minute.
Add pepper, onion and garlic; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
In bowl, stir pineapple juice with cornstarch, syrup, vinegar, soy sauce and catsup.
Add to wok and pineapple.
Stir constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
