Sweet and Sour Pork
Sweet And Sour Pork is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. pork shoulder, cut into thin strips, 2 tbsp. oil, 1/4 c. water, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown pork in oil in skillet.
Reduce heat.
Add water; simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
Combine cornstarch, salt, brown sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice and soy sauce in bowl; mix well. Pour over pork.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Add green pepper, onions and pineapple chunks.
Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes longer. Stir in Kitchen Bouquet.
Serve over rice or Chinese noodles. Serves 4.
