Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Sweet And Sour Meatballs is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 3 tbsp. a.1. steak sauce, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs and 1 medium clove garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine beef, 3 tablespoons steak sauce, egg, bread crumbs, garlic and salt.
Form into 24 meatballs.
In a large skillet, brown meatballs well in oil and then drain.
Add remaining ingredients except cornstarch and green pepper.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon water.
Stir in mixture.
Add green pepper.
Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
